RIPUL Mixed 2019 Tournament!
People,
What a great regular season! Congrats to team Silver and captains Jodi and Mat for winning the season. But anything can happen on tournament day!
Hope everyone is ready for the tournament now! We will NOT be playing Cole St like we have in the past. We will instead be playing at the Rehoboth Youth Soccer Complex. REMEMBER: NO DOGS NO ALCOHOL. There is a large lot to park in, and if that gets full, you are welcome to park on the street. Please do not park so you are blocking other people in.
This year, instead of having a regular 16 team bracket like we’ve had the last several years, we are going to do Pool Play. Pools will be set up as follows (field map):

Pool Play games will be at 9:00am, 10:40am, and 12:20pm. All games will be played to 13, 1 TO/half and a floater. Soft cap will go on at 80 minutes, hard cap at 90 minutes. The winners of each pool will be put into a 4 team bracket. Semis will start at 2:00pm, and the winners of each semis game will play in the Finals at 3:40pm! There will be pizza and watermelon served during finals. We will have a short awards ceremony after the finals; we will hand out trophies to the winning team, the winners of our other awards (nominees below) and the Rising Star Scholarship winner!

After the tournament, we will have our End of the Year Mixer at the Guild in Pawtucket. There will be live music, games, and an abundance of fun times! Be sure to come hang out and close out the season with everyone!
