In games Monday:

White 17 Black 15

(by Sarah Cook Captain of Black with help from Peri, captain of White)

Black started off on a roll, as white had trouble with black's zone D and had
several turnovers near their own endzone. Blackconverted for the score
consistently, with Nat Barnett catching many goals and Kevin Nagle catching
anything on the field and owning the backfield on zoneD. Sarah cook was
unstoppable on offense, making key reset cuts and breaking any mark that was
set on her with her awesome flick. Dave Gondek on black made some of the
sickest grabs we've ever seen at any level of play. Everyone on the black
team stepped up inthe absence of several of black's handlers and other key
players. Black took the half and then went up 13-4 before white came
storming back. White was on a huge roll, with Cory catching several scores,
and everyone playing excellent person defense including an awesome go to
d-block by Chad Johnson and a skying d by Corey. Simultaneously, black's lack
of subs was catching up with them. Without pulling, black didn't have a
chance to set up the zone D, and white kept forcing turnovers and converting
for the score, making an 11-0 run until it was 15-13 white. Before it was
over, black regrouped, playing stronger D and scoring a couple more. But, in
the end, white went to its height in the back and hucked to Olivier on the
final points to take the game and probably the biggest comeback of the season.

Purple 17 Gold 8

Purple played well and Gold was flat. Purple took a 9-4 lead at half but
Gold battled back to 10-7 and then 11-8. Next point was the end of my season
after a violent collision in which I fucked up my knee pretty good.

Pine 17 Denim 15
