Hot Damn! it was a chilly evening and Team Hot Damn was clearly dressed for it as we had not one, but two, yes two, players forget shorts to play in.  And the Purple Disk Eaters were no more prepared as they needed to borrow some cleats.  And after a quick run to the backs cars, other fields, the local K-mart and thrift store, a skirt, a snazzy pair of green metallic shorts, and cleats were located and play proceeded. All names have been withheld to protect the innocent.  

Oh yeah so the game.  Well both teams tried to warm up their hucks in the first half with Vette of Burple and Fred of Hot Damn! throwing downfield.  Lets just say some connected and some didnt.  J. Donahue of the Disk Munchers came up with a nice grab of an errant huck.  But Hot Damn takes half 9-2.  In the second half, like a raging bull (complete with steam coming from the nostrils) the Disk Eaters stormed out ready to play.  And play they did as they take 2 straight points to cut the margin to 9-4.  But Hot Damn!s defense is stingy and they extend the lead to 12-5.  Capt. Mo-Fitz of Purple had some nice cuts and grabs for scores during this half.  Hot Damn! holds on for the win, but it wasnt easy as Bex P. bloody elbow can attest.  Cheers were a colorful red limerick and once again, the Chad comes up huge with a version of that Hall and Oats song, Man Eater (Disk Eater).
