Gold vs Silver

Gold defeated Silver (aka Platinum) on Wednesday by a score of 17-12

Gold came out on fire, going up 4-0 and taking half 9-3. The effectiveness of Gold's zone defense and the outstanding play of their two women (playing savage) Kayla and Catherine were big parts in Gold's early success. Platinum regrouped at halftime and were able to cut through Gold's zone on a number of points during the second half, but it wasn't enough to come back from an early deficit, the game ending 17-12 in favor of Gold.
