The thunderstorm passed through leaving the fields nice and soft.  Brown and Maroon were both short on players and Maroon jumped out to an early 5-2 lead as Brown's zone wasn't able to stop the break mark throws of Moose and Pink.  Brown came back to 5-4 but Brown was playing sloppy and Maroon took full advantage jumping out to a 9-5 halftime lead.

Maroon received the 2nd half pull but Brown had an ace up its sleeve switching to their box and one zone and were able to get back into the game.  Maroon was up 10-8 but Brown was able to get ahead 11-10 but Maroon scored and the cap was on, 11-11, game to 13.  Brown scored and came running down on the pull when Maroon turfed their 1st throw.  Brown had a wide-open player in the end zone for the winning score but, oh no, there is a bobble and a drop.  Maroon punches it in, double game point.  Brown calmly works the disc around until Captain Bradley hucks it to Evan who then calls TO about 20 yards out.  A throw to Lopey who then throws to Talia for the hard-fought W.
