RIPUL 2022 - Open League Signups are LIVE!

The time has come! Open League signups are LIVE!! RIPUL Open League season will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Tuesday May 31st through August 11th. All games will start at 6:25pm. The end of the year tournament will be on Sunday August 14th (an all-day affair).
Be sure to fill it out COMPLETELY to the best of your ability, and TRUTHFULLY; purposefully sandbagging your skills or attendance isn’t appropriate. Once you finish the application, it will prompt/redirect you to Paypal. PLEASE BE SURE TO COPY AND PASTE your email / ID # into the Paypal note section, and pay to family & friends. This allows us to know which payment goes to which person signing up, instead of having to try to guess/match up emails. You should receive an email that we received your money and application; be sure to check your spam filter for it, as it is an automated email. Please add “ripul.org” as a trusted email domain, and not have it sent to spam.
As a reminder, the cost for the league will be $100 for the season; 22 games, jersey, disc, tournament, and pizza/watermelon on tournament day. The price increase is due to increased field and jersey costs. If you are a Female-Matching player who is new to the league, you only have to pay $60. If you are recruiting a new Female-Matching player, we will issue a $20 refund. We still ask that you pay the full $100; we will issue refunds after the draft. If we don’t receive your payment, you will not be entered into the pool! Players ARE welcome to play in both Mixed AND Open league!
RIPUL does allow baggaging with other players, but only in certain instances: Family, dating/married, or if you are a veteran player with a brand new player to ultimate (NOT just someone new to RIPUL). We ask that you please be honest with these requests, and each player will be notified if their baggage is accepted or rejected. We do NOT allow baggages for people who are carpooling; all games will be played at the same fields, so we feel there is no real need for them.
We are still accepting jersey designs! The winning design will receive a refund for their entry to RIPUL! Submissions must be in by April 30th. Please send them to admin@ripul.org, and submit them as PDFs.
RIPUL will require all players to be vaccinated this year! You will need to provide a photo of your vaccination card during signups, so make sure you know where that is. We will not require players to wear masks, but people can obviously still wear masks when they play, if they so choose.
