We hope everyone is having a blast this summer, and everyone is enjoying a (hot) summer filled with ultimate!

RISING STAR SCHOLARSHIP

We would like to announce the 2023 Rising Star Scholarship application is now LIVE! The Rising Star Scholarship was created in 2018, and is funded by players each summer via donations and fundraising done by the FUNd Committee. The Scholarship is for incoming or current college students who have participated in this summer of RIPUL, and is awarded to the player that best exemplifies Spirit of the Game on and off the field. Any high school senior through college senior is welcome to apply; graduate students are welcome to apply, but priority will be given to undergraduates. It is completely FREE to apply, and the link is listed below. Applications will be due on Wednesday, August 2nd, and the winner will be announced at the tournament on Aug 12th!

BINGO NIGHT #2

The FUNd committee is going to throw another Bingo night! It will be held next Wednesday July 26th at the Merrill after games. $10 gets you a card, and we will have 9 rounds again, with various prizes. It will start promptly at 9pm!

TOURNAMENT

The end of year tournament will be here before you know it! Tournament will be on Saturday August 12th, and will be an all day affair. Everyone will have at least 4 scheduled games; 3 pool play games and a bracket placement game. Games will start promptly at 9am, and will play through until the end of finals at 5. There will be a small break before the finals games for pizza and watermelon. Official schedule will be released the last week of games. After finals, we will have our awards ceremony at the fields, followed by the End of Season party at the Guild in Pawtucket.
