RIPUL Board Elections
People,
The time has come! Linked below is the RIPUL Board Nomination form. We will give everyone 3 weeks to get their nominations in; the deadline will be December 3rd.
There will be (4) vacancies on the Board, as the following members will be stepping down: Donnelly Roberts, Ariel Shaw, Kait Thibault, Amanda Khoo. There will be (3) seats opening for WMP and (1) seat of either gender-matching, per bylaws. The remaining members will be Matty Brier, Sticky DiMascio, Jon Kalberg, Oliver Khamky, and Steve Panasuik.
Below is a reminder of the duties that Board members will have in 2024:
- Participate in monthly board meetings (plus additional league meetings: pre-season captains meeting, the Draft, etc)
- Adjudicating escalations from the Equity Committee
- Handle dangerous play evaluations / notifications
- Addressing issues that arise during the season
After we get all the nominations in, we will send out a form for everyone to cast their votes. The top winners will be announced shortly after.
